Screen Printing
Screen printing is the process of applying an image (picture or design) in ink directly on an item or a garment, then curing the completed design to produce a permanent image. We can screen print on any textiles including tee shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, shorts, jerseys, jackets, and more! All fees and pricing are dependent on the individual job, with variables such as: the number of colors in the design, complexity of the artwork, and the number of locations on the garment to be screen printed.
Embroidery
We can embroider your logo or slogan on any one of a thousand items including fleece, sweaters, caps, jackets, shirts, towels, robes, and stocking caps. All fees and pricing are dependent on the individual job, with variables such as: the number of stitches in the design, complexity of the artwork, and the number of locations on the garment to be embroidered. A digitizing fee will apply to designs that require an exact match. Like, company logos, designs, and particular type styles.
Artwork Guidelines
Artwork is a very important part of the process for screen printing and embroidery. If you don't have any artwork and only an idea, run it past our design team and they can help develop a design for you. Our design team has developed artwork for tournaments, organization, funraisers, special events, logos for new businesses, and more!
If you are providing your own artwork it needs to be camera-ready if possible. For best results supply your artwork on CD. For design specifications see design F.A.Q.s below. If you supply artwork on paper it should be produced on a laser printer and to actual size. Printed artwork requiring enlarging could loose resolution and cause the image to not come out clear. Bubble jet printers do not give lines enough definition and will not be accepted.
Here are a few guidelines for printing your camera ready artwork:
