Art Department...
Kicks Sportswear, Inc. has a fully updated, computerized art department that consistently creates quality custom designs. Standard art preparation time is 1 week (5 working days). Total time depends on complexity of design and number of revisions. Client is responsible for all art preparation if a design is requested. Art preparation is $30.00 per hour, minimum one half hour. Kicks Sportswear, Inc. requires signed approval of each design prior to production. All artwork and film is property of Kicks Sportswear, inc. Artwork and film can be sold to client at the clients request.
Screen Preparation & Embroidery Preparation...
Clients will be charged a screen preparation fee. All fabric, frame, and materials used are property of Kicks Sportswear, Inc. Screens will be ready for use for a period of 12 months. After this period screen preparation fees would again apply. Clients with artwork needing to be digitized will be charged an embroidery preparation fee. The disk used for embroidery is property of Kicks Sportswear, Inc. These items can be sold to the client at the clients request.
Production Time...
Production begins after approval of all artwork. Normal screen printing production time is 2 weeks (10-14 working days). Normal embroidery production time is 2 weeks (10-14 working days). Please note these times may vary due to scheduled work load and material availability.
Color Changes...
Clients will be charged $10.00 per color change on screen printed items.
Scanning Fees...
Clients will be charged $9.95 per scan.
Terms...
Approved corporate accounts - NET 30 days. Please ask for credit application. Unless prior arrangements are made or client is an approved corporate account, all orders over $1,000.00 require a 50% down payment and must be paid before production begins. Balance to be paid when order is picked up or shipped. Orders not paid in full will not be released for pickup or delivery. All orders under $1,000.00 must be paid when order is placed. Kicks Sportswear, inc. reserves the right to incur an additional charge in the amount of 1.5% of the total balance per each month until the balance is paid.
Terms Promotional Items, Patches, Direct to Garment Printing, Laser Etching ...

Rush Charges...
Any order placed and required within (7 days) is considered a rush order. These orders will be assessed a 15% rush charge fee. Orders required within (3 days) will be assessed a 25% rush charge fee.
Returns for non-decorated merchandise...
Non decoration orders can be returned. Credits and refunds will be issued for the item(s) value less a 20% restocking fee and any tax charged. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and Cancellations for decorated merchandise...
Completed decoration orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Orders with completed artwork will be assessed art preparation fees. Orders with completed screen preparation will be assessed screen preparation fees. Orders with completed embroidery preparation will be assessed embroidery preparation fees. Orders receiving decoration will be charges are 20% restocking fee for all materials returned to the manufacturer. Labor charges will also be assessed.
Shipping & Handling...
Orders are shipped U.P.S. unless client specifies otherwise. Client is responsible for shipping to and from Kicks Sportswear, Inc.. Orders not placed on credit card will be shipped C.O.D. company or personal check unless terms apply. Kicks Sportswear, Inc. reserves the right to ship C.O.D. certified check. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Garment Sizing, Shrinkage and Discoloration...
Kicks Sportswear, Inc. is not responsible for sizing of garments. Kicks Sportswear, Inc. is also not responsible for any shrinkage or discoloration to garments due to washing, drying, or dry cleaning.
Copyrights, Trademarks & Licensed Products...
Kicks Sportswear, Inc. will not reproduce any copyrighted design or trademarked logo without written authorization from the legal owner. Proof of licensing is required on all licensed product orders.
